Description

The 5025 Red D Mix™ XP five gallon gyroscopic Explosion Proof paint mixer contains an advanced direct-drive gear system that allows for optimal power transmission from the gear box to the rotating arm assembly. As a result, the gear design of the 5025 Red D Mix reduces wear items and provides superior repeatability and reliability.

The 5025 is capable of mixing a variety of materials for various applications and accepts standard plastic and metal five gallon containers in addition to the container sizes listed below. By utilizing a gyroscopic mixing action, containers are mixed end-over-end while simultaneously spinning.

• Handles plastic and metal five gallon containers and containers ranging from 13 to 16 inches in height with a maximum diameter of 10¾ inches for the bottom plate and a maximum of 12 3/16 inches in diameter for the top plate.
• Explosion-Proof motor for use in Class I, Division I, Groups C & D hazardous (classified) locations.
• Built-in roller assists with loading and unloading.
• Conforms to ANSI/UL STD 1203; Certified to CAN/US C22.2 STD No. 30.

Explosion proof machines are not equipped with a timer or power cord. A certified electrician is required.
